Forged Foil is simply a technique of taking Foil, kitchen aluminum or florist foil, crinkling it, antiquing it and making it look like old, elegant antique silver or gold. Yes you may use ANY kind of foil providing it does not have a paper or plasti back. It must be pure foil. You may use the Forged Foil technique on any surface, wood, glass, plastic, etc. You may use it on vases, boxes, old lamp bases, bed headboards, trunks and tables. You may forge foil figurines, or simply cut designs from cardboard, and create wall plaques and pictures.
