Return / Refund Policy

          We have a no refund/ no exchange police on all macrame cord. All other items must be returned to the store within 10 business days for refund or exchange of goods. All returns of unwanted items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this does not apply to items incorrectly sent by King's Kountry.

Any mail order returns must be claimed within 10 business days of receiving item and be received by King's Kountry within 10 business days of claim ( 10 day period is based off of a scheduled delivery date as determined by delivery company said package was handled by). Kings Kountry, Inc. is not responsible for shipping costs on exchanges or returns unless incorrect items are shipped. Claims of incorrect orders will be checked by King's Kountry, Inc. for validity.

          All damaged goods claims must be made within 10 business days of receiving item ( 10 day period is based off of scheduled delivery date as determined by delivery company said package was handled by). Claims inspector will be sent from appropriate shipping company to determine the validity of claim, all original packing material and boxes must be kept "as received" for inspection. failure to comply will result in void of damaged goods claim.
