Q. I'm having trouble placing my order, what can I do to order online?

A. If you are having trouble reaching the Checkout page, please attempt to download the patch at the link below. This is a problem a previous Microsoft update patch causes with some secure servers. After the page loads click on the "Download" button on the right and then choose "Open.." or "Open From this Location" to install the patch:

Q. I'm having trouble finding things on the new site.. Can I view the old site still?

A. The old site has been completely replaced, we've designed the new site to be even easier to navigate than its predecessor. Keep in mind some products may have been removed from the new site, if you absolutely can't find something, visit our contact page to reach us for further assistance.

Q. Why can't I view the Printable Order Form?

A. The Printable Order Form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, please visit the Adobe website to download the free Reader.

Q. How do I get the free patterns?

A. The free patterns are specifically for the website, you're welcome to print the pages or just view them online.

Q. Why aren't the Product of the Week or the Free Pattern of the Month changing?

A. When you view a webpage regularly your computer will store it in what is called cache. This speeds up the load time of webpages but often will leave them out of date. You'll need to "Refresh" or "Reload" the page in order to get the latest updates. To do this press the 'F5' key on your keyboard, or click on the "Refresh" button at the top of your browser. If you don't have a "Refresh" button, consult your browser's help files to find the equivalent.
